Version 1.9 saves data to SD card

I've just released version 1.9, which supports saving data to SD card. To preserve maximum fidelity, data coming from Forerunner 301, 205, 305 and Edge 205 and 305 is saved in TCX format. Data from Forerunner 110, 210 and Edge 500 and 800 is saved in FIT format. Both the Garmin Training Center and Garmin Connect accepts TCX and FIT, so you can upload to Connect directly from your tablet (a file manager is required at this stage; soon, you'll be able to upload directly from Sportablet).

Here is how it works: open your activity and click Share. This popup will appear:

Click on Save to SD card. After a short while, a confirmation message will be shown:

there you'll see the destination folder and file name in the right panel. Generally speaking, all the files will be saved under a sportablet folder, located under your Download folder (whenever your tablet mounts that - it's not standardized in Android).

Note: if you can't see the file from your PC, unplug the tablet and plug it in again. Sometimes Android is lazy with refreshing.

Installed and purchased this app today, I'm unable to export to .gpx format as the button not working/disabled.

Please clarify.

Thanks.

the export to gpx button is disabled when there is no GPS track. I have no reports of problems with this feature, but if you think your activity has a track and the button is disabled, please click "save to sd card", that will save a file in the native format (tcx or fit). Send me the file, I'll take a look.
